We are a non-profit organization with a mission of providing inexpensive yet life changing knowledge and experience.

 We believe in an ideology that fitness is everyone’s right hence, it should be accessible to all. To make that ideology a reality we are providing Certification Courses which are equivalent to any International Certification with less than Domestic fees.

We have a team of well qualified and knowledgeable professors and coaches with combined experience of more than 30 years. However, our USP is not our experience it is the passion that each one of us shares for Fitness.

We ain’t individuals with just fitness IQ or have knowledge of fitness. In fact fitness is our love and a way of life. Each one of us have several years of experience in fitness however, that isn’t our USP. The way of thinking towards driving the idea of “FITNESS FOR ALL” is our USP. So we keep individual difference in mind however, we never categorize any goal as per the age, gender or history of client.

As our team is dedicated towards the client’s goal we upgrade ourselves everyday with regular training and observations. Our team consists of Trainers, Master trainers, Fitness Lecturers, Athletes, coaches and Fitness Influencers. Every trainer we have has a highest degree of education in fitness and personal training and has several years of experience in fitness industry and they will provide you the best service and ensure zero injury during training.

In short we have solution to all your fitness goals with an edge. Along with diverse knowledge and experience we follow the same training principles which are backed up by science. So we won’t just let you help in achieving goals but also we would be answering all the questions and clearing all the myths come across so far in health & fitness.
